About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Business Intelligence Analyst on the IPAS team, you will support candidate assessment and selection, due diligence, and investigations with respect to firm investments, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Design and implement methods for collecting competitive intelligence, using various applications to structure and organize large amounts of data on individuals, their associates and related entities with excellent attention to detail.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase workflow productivity of through the use of AI and automation tools.
- Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, minorities and the LGBT+ community
- Building on more than 30 years of investing experience, Point72 seeks to deliver superior returns for its investors through fundamental and systematic investing strategies across asset classes and geographies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a due diligence, investigations, or competitive intelligence role.
