About the role
- Centralized departmental functions include marketing content and strategy, communications and PR, advertising, event management, digital marketing and creative services.
- This individual will play a critical role in establishing operational excellence through vendor onboarding and management, process development and documentation, optimization of cross-functional workflows and stakeholder management.
- This position involves ensuring seamless project management and execution of operational functions such as budget reporting, managing department-wide implementations and executive communication and approvals.
Responsibilities
- This Associate will support the Firm's Marketing COO and Head of Marketing in managing the day-to-day operations and important initiatives of the Marketing Department.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar role
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI)
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration abilities
- Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) is a plus
Skills
- They are forward thinking, anticipating issues and addressing them in advance.
Compensation
- It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $100,000 to $120,000.
