About the role
- The Staff Salesforce DevOps Engineer is the technical leader for the release lifecycle, architecting a robust CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments.
- Crucially, this Staff Engineer will also leverage deep Salesforce development expertise to proactively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting releases and production stability.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and other Business Systems, ensuring high-velocity delivery in an enterprise ecosystem.
- Provide deep technical support for releases, incident response, and major system upgrades
- Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team.
Requirements
- Experience with version control tools (GitHub preferred) and at least one development language (e.g., Python or Java).
- Experience with performance testing tools, logging and monitoring (Datadog/Splunk), and data masking.
