About the role

  • Duties typically include assisting with planning and administration, fiscal, budgetary, and/or other associated transactions, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing, and reporting.
  • The working hours for this position are 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM.
  • This position reports to the Supplemental Instruction Program Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and teach training content to Supplemental Instruction Leaders, and assist with scheduling, catering, and hosting events.
  • Collect and manage assessment data, including grades, rosters, and transcripts for recruitment of SI leaders.
  • Manage Workday hiring processes for SI leaders.
  • Provide support to Program Coordination staff, assisting with grant planning and administration, fiscal, budgetary, and/or other associated transactions, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing, and reporting.
  • Assists in or collaborate with others to develop, implement and maintain lab and research systems and data collection systems or facilities.

Requirements

  • High School (Required)
  • Relevant experience | 4 Years | Required

Compensation

  • $19k-$28k
