Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Proven communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse community members
- Use proportional and lawful force as required, in accordance with VicPD Policy, the Criminal Code, and the National Use of Force Framework
- Assist with traffic control, bylaw enforcement, and special events as required
- Maintain all operational certifications and qualifications required under Department Policy and Provincial Policing Standards

Compensation
- 115% of the First-Class Constable hourly rate (20th-year Constable rate), plus 14.67% in lieu of pension contributions.
- Total compensation approximately $160,000/annually
- Annual Leave: 200 hours per year, no carryover
- Sick Leave: 96 hours per year, no carryover
