About the role

  • ERG offers multidisciplinary teams with nationally recognized skills in engineering, science, economics, public health, informational technology, and communications.
  • ERG is seeking is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of small- to medium-scale facility maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
  • The Facilities Project Manager will work closely with facility personnel, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • ERG is a research and consulting firm that provides a wide range of support to federal, state, and commercial clients.
  • This role supports the operation of facilities by coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • 3 or more years of project management experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing facility maintenance, repair, renovation, or small construction projects
  • Experience coordinating contractors and vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
  • Expertise in reviewing technical data packages and engineering drawings is preferred
  • Experience supporting government or federal facilities is preferred
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
  • The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
