Responsibilities
- Own core operating cadences including sprint and cycle planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, launch readiness, and SDLC processes.
- Drive consistency across Engineering, Product, and Design while ensuring priorities, decisions, and accountability are visible across the organization.
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking engineering velocity, roadmap progress, feature adoption, reliability, and customer issues.
- Serve as the connective tissue between EPD and go-to-market teams, translating product priorities into materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Own intake and triage for bugs, feature requests, and technical debt, and identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Build lightweight tooling and automations (Retool, Zapier, Linear, scripts, AI tools, etc.) and manage EPD tooling and vendors.
- Own engineering onboarding and key team rituals (e.g., Engineering All Hands).
- Help maintain a high-functioning, high-trust operating environment as the company scales.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience operating within Engineering, Product, or technical organizations at a high-growth startup.
Skills
- Our founders are industry veterans who previously led companies like Brex, Apollo, and Clari.
