About the role
- The Inventory Planning Specialist is responsible for issuing, maintaining and closing purchase orders and for maximizing material availability to support Commercial Operations in the US.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute buy plan for corrective materials.
- Maintain PO delivery dates and ensure high level of PO data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Document best practices, update work instructions as needed.
- Create ad-hoc inventory reporting
- Support internal audits
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory planning or purchasing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to travel (15%)
Nice to have
- APICS certification
- Experience with wind plant construction, operations, and maintenance.

Compensation
- $65,000 to $82,300 Annual Salary DOE
