Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to anticipate resident and guest needs while providing personalized attention.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Hospitality, concierge, fine dining experience or luxury residential experience preferred.
- Luxury hotel, private club, or high-end residential experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Compensation
- $25-$35 per hour (depending upon experience and role)
- Schedules: Vary by property and may include:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
