About the role

  • Title: Senior Project Manager, Public Opportunities Type: Full Time, Exempt Location: Reston, Virginia (Hybrid) Reports to: Director, Utilities Muller is a full-service site work contractor based in Northern Virginia.

  • The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale heavy civil and public infrastructure projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes.
  • Interpret and manage contracts, plans, specifications, and public agency requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat work and future opportunities.
  • Use PM Software (InEight) to efficiently manage project production and budget

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, sequencing, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in cost control systems and construction management software.
  • Experience working on public contracts (3 years)
  • Experience with creating/managing schedules (3 years)
  • Proven experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
