About the role
- Title: Senior Project Manager, Public Opportunities Type: Full Time, Exempt Location: Reston, Virginia (Hybrid) Reports to: Director, Utilities Muller is a full-service site work contractor based in Northern Virginia.

- The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale heavy civil and public infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes.
- Interpret and manage contracts, plans, specifications, and public agency requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat work and future opportunities.
- Use PM Software (InEight) to efficiently manage project production and budget
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, sequencing, and logistics.
- Proficiency in cost control systems and construction management software.
- Experience working on public contracts (3 years)
- Experience with creating/managing schedules (3 years)
- Proven experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
