About the role
- Our Floating Neighborhood Administrator will be a part of our SOS Team.
- Well, you will soon find we do things a little different starting with our titles, some calls them Floating Neighborhood Administrator, here we call them our SOS Neighborhood Administrator.
- Just like our titles SOS means something different too.
Responsibilities
- It stands for "Support Operations Specialists" and is the team responsible for floating management, leasing, and maintenance support across our whole residential portfolio.
- Leasing Administration - You will provide support to the leasing team in qualifying future Neighbors - verifying applications, performing credit investigations, and creating all associated documentation accompanying the rental agreements.

Compensation
- Pay Range: $25.25 to 36.50 per hour
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Plan
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

- Vacation: 10 days per year with accrual increasing over time
- Sick Leave: 9 days per year
