About the role
- Pay: $25/hr The schedules are based on and vary according to events.
- Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events.
- Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
Responsibilities
- Where You'll Make an Impact Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
- Maintain positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout a scheduled shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach while carrying dishes, glasses and serving tray.
- Ability to push bus cart and carry trash/linen bags, weighing up to 35 lbs.
- License: Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license and an Alcohol Beverage Card is required.
Nice to have
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- One - three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
