Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
  • Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to generate reports and analyze sales data.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, sales support, hospitality, or luxury travel experience preferred.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess basic computational ability, including but not limited to accounting programs, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Most work tasks are performed indoors and at a desk. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems. Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day. This may include traveling to and from meetings. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and subordinates.
  • The pay scale for Leisure Sales Coordinator is $25.00.
  • The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems is preferred.

Compensation

  • The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
