Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customized travel itineraries for Marchay's luxury members.
  • Collaborate with team members to research destinations, accommodations, and experiences tailored to client preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and organized trip records in CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with luxury travel trends, new destinations, and partner offerings to provide insightful recommendations.
  • You will manage the full client journey - from initial consultation and immersive destination research to booking, logistics, and post-trip debrief - ensuring every Marchay member feels as though the world was arranged just for them.
