About the role
- We produce strap, stretch and protective packaging.
- We also manufacture packaging tools and equipment used to apply the bulk packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- Owns renewal and expansion selling (cross-sell and up-sell).
- Create and maintain account plans for key accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date sales opportunities and customer records in accordance with company instructions.
- Collaborate with internal teams on account management, projects, and department initiatives.
- Manage existing customers as end-to-end seller.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years in consultative sales experience, industrial sales experience is a must.
- Prefer knowledge of Signode's Insulated Transport Products and applications
- Ability to use a CRM and read dashboards on PowerBi, with general MS Office proficiency.
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Associate's degree in STEM, Business, Sales or similar field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- This role offers a competitive annual salary plus a Sales Incentive Plan and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
- The starting annual salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
- The Regional Sales Consultant is expected to retain and expand assigned accounts in their geographic area.
- They will serve as the key day-to-day customer contact.
- Consultants promote and sell Signode's Insulated Transport Products used in multiple industries.
