About the role

  • This role is responsible for driving sales of our consumables and capital equipment portfolio within the IVF market across a multi-state territory.
  • Conduct routine customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observations.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with IVF clinics and key stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding business within existing accounts and developing new opportunities.
  • Effectively manage and grow both consumables and capital equipment sales pipelines.
  • Maintain and manage sales funnel activity in Salesforce to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to diverse customer audiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans.
  • Support and participate in workshops, congresses, and industry events.
  • Continuously build expertise in Vitrolife products and IVF clinical applications.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

  • & Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.

  • The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused sales professional with strong clinical acumen and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • $125k-$135k

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers and Medical Affairs teams.
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a hospital, medical device, or clinically focused environment.
  • Experience in Women's Health or IVF strongly preferred.
