Revere Health is seeking to recruit a Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-specialty group practice of 400+ providers located in Juab County.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in Utah (or eligibility for licensure). Strong commitment to evidence-based care and a team-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Dedication to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
Hours: Monday- Friday regular hours
