Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of hand-on building maintenance experience required.
Nice to have
- Valid California Driver's License, required.
- Valid California Class "B" Driver's License, preferred
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification courses in construction/maintenance trades preferred.
Compensation
- Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.
- 25.00 - 25.50 USD Per Hour Working Location:
