Responsibilities
- If that gets you excited too, then maybe working in the Lab Support group at KCAS Bio is the spot for you.
- You will fill a key operational role responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and driving process improvements that support laboratory throughput and scalability.
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least 3+ years of related experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex operational and inventory data and advise on optimization strategies
- Experience maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical hazard labeling, and proper material handling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., Quickbase) preferred
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management in a regulated environment, ideally utilizing an Electronic Laboratory Notebook or Laboratory Information Management System strongly preferred
