Responsibilities

  • If that gets you excited too, then maybe working in the Lab Support group at KCAS Bio is the spot for you.
  • You will fill a key operational role responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and driving process improvements that support laboratory throughput and scalability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with at least 3+ years of related experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex operational and inventory data and advise on optimization strategies
  • Experience maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
  • Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical hazard labeling, and proper material handling
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., Quickbase) preferred
  • Experience with inventory or warehouse management in a regulated environment, ideally utilizing an Electronic Laboratory Notebook or Laboratory Information Management System strongly preferred
