About the role

  • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving growth for Renovo by working directly alongside a dedicated, in-market Lender (SVP, MD, or RMD).

  • This is an apprenticeship-style role designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship, and is intended as the first step toward becoming a Lender at Renovo, for the right candidates.
  • By working closely with their paired Lender, SDRs will learn the fundamentals of lending, pipeline management, relationship building and the "Renovo Way", while directly contributing to the growth of their market.
