Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ensure responsible AI usage including guardrails, content filtering, and evaluation frameworks Required Skills & Qualifications Core Experience ·
- 10+ years of software development experience (Java or Python required) ·
- Strong experience in AI/ML architecture and deployment strategies AI/ML & LLM Expertise ·
- Strong proficiency in RAG architectures ·
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs ·
- Knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech integrations Cloud & DevOps ·
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS) ·
- Event-driven systems Additional Expertise ·
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks ·

- Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, FAISS ·
