About the role
- You'll work closely with Sales and Leadership to keep deals moving while protecting Profound's interests.
- For this role, the expected base salary range is $200,000 to $240,000.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks for efficiency
- Implement and continue to iterate on the company's AI legal ops strategy
- Ability to manage the sales contract review process autonomously
Requirements
- 6-10 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years negotiating B2B SaaS contracts at a global in-house data-centric SaaS organization with high deal velocity.
- Above all, you must have excellent judgment and critical thinking skills.
- You have an obsession with internal client and external customer happiness, with a demonstrated history of promoting scalable processes and procedures.
- You are independent, patient, thoughtful, and adept at managing shifting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment, but at the same time possess the judgment to know when and how to escalate issues.
