Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical operations environment, with demonstrated knowledge of production processes, workforce development, and continuous improvement practices.
- 3 years of experience in training, development, or coaching in a technical or operational environment
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 quality systems
- Experience working in a team-based and cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with training or media tools

Compensation
- Blacksburg, VA $115,000.00-$170,000.00 Annually
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
