Build and lead the central IT function and team across SF and Asia (China managed day-to-day via an in-country deputy).

Lead the migration off Feishu onto the new stack - Slack and Notion first - with no downtime at each cutover.
Strong IT operations and service management (service desk, SLAs, asset lifecycle), plus the judgment to set standards and decide build-vs-buy.

Run IT service and operations: a service desk with SLAs and AI ticket deflection, plus asset and onboarding/offboarding management.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $140,000 - $276,000 annually.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
