Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and clear communication with players, management, and colleagues.
- Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced live streaming environment.
- Maintain punctuality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
- Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech's guest service standards.
- Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
- Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
Compensation
- $18 - $23 per hour ($10 hourly base rate + $8 guaranteed tips + monthly performance bonus).
- Customer tips are unlimited
- Sick Time: 5 days
- 10 Holidays pay
- 401K - 4% match after 90 days of employment.
