Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for facilitating RLPM‑PEPP, ProStart, development of program structures, and advanced planning techniques such as reverse planning and Schedule RAACCE (Schedule Risk Assessment, Acceleration, Critical Chain for Execution) with program teams.
  • Partner with Functional leaders, Capture, Proposal, and Program Managers to develop, tailor, and deploy program structures (PBS, WBS, OBS, RAM, etc.), planning processes and schedule optimization techniques including reverse planning, Schedule Risk Assessment, Acceleration, and Critical Chain for Execution (RAACCE).
  • Maintain compliance with program planning standards while tailoring solutions to customer and internal requirements.
  • Drive program alignment on strategy, work scope definition, cross-functional handoffs, and baseline planning discipline.
  • Build strong customer relationships, respond resourcefully to customer issues, and obtain timely feedback to improve planning products and services.
  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating customer feedback and promoting planning best practices across the business.
  • Manage team workload, prioritize across multiple pursuits and startups, and ensure high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.​ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance​
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • Experience managing a team of professionals.
  • Experience supporting the integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules, and financial tracking.

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM
  • Strong ability to align and influence stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and present confidently across all organizational levels.
  • Proven leadership experience developing talent, building high‑performing teams, and empowering individuals through clear expectations and effective coaching.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program management across the full lifecycle, including competitive proposals, large startups, disciplined execution, and environments with external IMS/EVM requirements and complex dependencies.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing program structures and management plans, integrating technical and programmatic solutions, and applying planning methodologies and program management processes.
  • Deep proficiency in product‑based program structures and standards (MIL‑STD‑881, PBS, TFM/Bid Matrix, WBS, OBS, RAM, phasing schedules, IMP/IMS) and in schedule development and optimization techniques (reverse planning, Schedule RAACCE).
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement, supported by credentials in Lean, Six Sigma, CORE, or equivalent methodologies.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD.
  • The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
  • Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
  • Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
