- Monday and Friday work from home if you choose to, Tuesday through Thursday you'll work in office. - As a Sentry associate, you will have an in-office workspace and materials for your home office.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments outside marketing to escalate and resolve digital concerns.
- Benchmark competitor reputation performance and strategies sharing insights with SEO, PR, and Digital Content partners.
- Create dashboards and recurring reports on digital reputation KPIs (sentiment, review trends, search visibility, threat indicators).

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Hands on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, etc.
- Experience with social listening including building reports, responding to comments, questions and sharing community dialogue.
