Requirements
- Ability to adapt to changing environment in the areas of products and technology, customer personalities and customer knowledge levels
- Ability to analyze hardware and software problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, establish priorities and work under deadline pressures
- Complete familiarity within a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC interaction with automated equipment
Nice to have
- Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical/electrical equipment preferred but not required
- AA degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Science or related field of study is preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
Compensation
- $22k-$25k
