  • Support development and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned to that strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

  • 4 or more years of experience in a Product Manager role working with complex digital products
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to product strategy and translating strategy into execution
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical concepts clearly
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in data and insights
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development, team productivity, and/or customer experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
