About the role

- Monarch Communities operate 34 communities in six mid-Atlantic states (Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania).
- Reports To The Dishwasher will report to the Executive Chef.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen.
- Delivers excellent customer service to staff and residents.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times in accordance with sanitation standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
- An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred
Compensation
- $16.00 - $16.35 Hourly
