About the role
- The Nurse Tech assists the nursing staff in performing routine patient care to a group of patients for a designated period of time.
- The Nurse Tech may also be floated to other Adult Health nursing units.
Requirements
- Nurse Technician must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited RN program, must be in good standing and must have successfully completed at least one hospital-based clinical rotation.
- Availability: Must be available to work 12-hour day, evening and/or night shifts, as needed by Nursing.
- Lifting at least 50 pounds is required.
- Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
