About the role
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile events, meetings, and conferences hosted by the Executive Director's office, including logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination.
- The position will remain open until a qualified pool of candidates is obtained.

Nice to have
- Associates Degree and experience relevant to the role of the position.
- A GED/High School Diploma plus 1 year of transferable program/functional experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.
- Ability to meet background check requirements.
- Ability to meet occasional travel demands of the position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate positive customer service skills, good communication skills and work well in a busy program setting.
- Ability to thrive in an office environment with frequent distractions and opportunities to demonstrate positive collaboration amongst staff and community agencies.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Ability to occasionally carry and/or transport supplies and equipment, and climb stairs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- General bookkeeping experience
- Experience with AI integration
- High level skills in word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database and internet software.
- Salary: $28-32 per hour
- Schedule: NONEXEMPT - TEMP: 0-20 hours per week
