The Intermediate Product Engineering Designer plays a key role in supporting the development, improvement, and maintenance of Masco Canada's product designs.
This role is responsible for creating detailed 3D models and engineering drawings, supporting product development initiatives, and ensuring designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability standards.
Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings for new and existing products
Support product development initiatives, including new product launches and design improvements
Ensure all designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturability standards
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
Maintain and update design documentation in accordance with internal standards and processes
Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation of new product designs
Contribute to continuous improvement of design tools, standards, and processes
Maintain a safe workplace

Wear Personal Protective equipment as required on the shop floor
Follow safe work and lockout / tagout procedures as required
3-5 years of experience in a product design or engineering drafting role
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Design, or a related technical field
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)

The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.
Comply with the company policies and OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Act)
