Responsibilities

  • Manages employee relations, advises on HR policies, talent management, and legal compliance, and serves as a Workday SME for the HCM/recruiting modules.
  • Collaborates with HR, legal, and operations teams to manage risks and disclosures, maintains clear internal communication, and supports an informed workforce.
  • Delivers HR training, supports acquisitions/closures, and develops policies and initiatives to attract and retain talent.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience leading a major function(s) within Human Resources in a service-related industry of a company generally equal to or greater size (4,000) than OUTRIGGER.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Minimum Requirements

Compensation

  • While base pay starts at $176,000- $193,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
