Responsibilities
- The Category Business Analyst - Wheeled Goods supports SportChek's Canadian retail operations by managing vendor processes, analyzing product lines, and providing insights that help meet customer needs.
- This role supports Category Business Managers in developing relevant store assortments aligned with financial goals and brand strength.
- Your work will help drive operational efficiency, streamline decision-making, and support alignment across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- Undergraduate and/or post-graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
- Retail experience in an analytical role is an asset
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to adapt style and format to suit the audience.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with colleagues and senior business partners.
- Technical knowledge of bike building, repair, and maintenance is considered an asset.

- Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
