About the role

- The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for daily execution of international and domestics shipping transactions & documentations and arrange the shipments.
Responsibilities
- Optimize routing to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, including bills of lading, PODs, and dispatch logs.
- Problem-Solving & Support
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or in a transportation-related role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, routing, and transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, self-discipline and proactive
- Careful, patience, good team working spirit are necessary
- Key Competencies
- Customer-focused with strong service orientation.
Nice to have
- College degree or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Familiar with SAP will be a strong plus for this position
- Mandarin bilingual is a plus.
