Provide support for all aspects of global M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.
Drive and manage due diligence, including issue spotting, risk evaluation, coordination of internal stakeholders, and supervision of outside counsel.
Lead cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with Finance, Strategy, Tax, HR, Operations, and other internal partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Manage and provide general corporate advice relating to governance matters and other issues relating to past and current transactions.
Enhance deal processes, advising on best practices, developing scalable procedures, and driving continuous improvement in diligence and execution workflows.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a major law firm
