About the role
- As Director of Engineering, you will lead the operational excellence of Tithely's Engineering organization, ensuring teams can consistently deliver high-quality technology that empowers churches to fulfill their mission. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will oversee the systems, processes, standards, and tooling that support effective product
- development, while partnering closely with Product and Design to improve delivery, develop talent, drive AI adoption, and create an environment where teams can do their best work in service of the local church.
