Responsibilities
- Maintain the 100% uptime for systems supporting trading, research, engineering, and other business units.
- Desktop support for OSX, Windows, and Linux desktop users.
- Deployment and support of phone and video-conferencing systems across offices.
Requirements
- It is imperative that you have strong communication skills (verbal/written) and can effectively work through technical issues in a timely manner.
- MUST HAVE 1-5 years experience
- MUST HAVE experience with OSX, Windows, and Linux
- MUST HAVE experience in a Trading firm and/or top tech firm
Nice to have
- Linux, especially bash scripting
- Cloud based systems
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field
