About the role
- Job Duties: Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
- Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors' employees.

- Two plus years of experience in the electrical industry preferred Three or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes preferred Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment preferer
