About the role

Once fully trained, you can expect to travel to client sites for approximately 25% of your time, with the remainder spent designing and collaborating from our Owen Sound Office.
Conduct site visits for data collection, verification, and documentation.

A diploma in mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field is required.
4 to 7 years of relevant experience is required.
Knowledge of industry codes and regulations is desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites applications.
Valid Passport required, with the ability to travel in North America.

Familiarity with drafting and design software tools.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainable design practices.
Valid Drivers License.
Working Conditions
Work is primarily performed in a regular office environment.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 CAD per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks.
The final offer will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications; their placement within our internal compensation structure; and relevant geographic cost ‑ of ‑ living considerations, where applicable.
This range represents a realistic and good ‑ faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.
