About the role
- NO THIRD-PARTY AGENCIES/RECRUITERS, PLEASE** Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Paving Screwman to join our team.
- This position reports to the Site Foreman.
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating the Screed Paver.
Responsibilities
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work and follow verbal and written instructions.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA and company policy.
