- As the first point of contact for patients, the PCC plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience through every stage of care.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with providers, clinical leadership, and operations staff to support appointment scheduling, patient communication, medication coordination, insurance verification, and more.
- We offer a broad range of specialties and treatment approaches - including medication management, psychological assessment, and psychotherapy - to support people wherever they are in life.
