Responsibilities
- Own the visual execution of brand work end-to-end - from concept through final production
- Design across a full range of surfaces: web, mobile, social media, email, out-of-home, presentations, and print
- Develop and evolve brand systems, including typography, color, iconography, and layout guidelines
- Write copy that supports your designs - headlines, taglines, social captions, and short-form content that's on-brand and on-message
- Create original illustrations that feel distinctly on-brand
- Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual work
- Maintain and scale a design system for consistent, efficient production
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows strong brand sensibility and production range
- A proven ability to work in and support brand systems, not just one-off pieces
Requirements
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly technical industries (developer tools, infrastructure, data, enterprise software).
- You know how to make dense subject matter approachable without losing credibility
- Experience designing for multiple channels simultaneously, with a clear understanding of format, spec, and context for each
Nice to have
- You care about craft, move fast without cutting corners, and know how to set a bar for quality.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or in-house brand team
