About the role
- Our portfolio of life-changing technologies spans the spectrum of healthcare, with leading businesses and products in diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals and branded generic medicines.
Responsibilities
- Drive business review cadence for the US Commercial Organization that is consistent, replicable, and provides sales leadership a clear view of performance vs. expectation.
- Manage a cadence and lead a process to capture commercial inputs on product demand.
- Drive informed cross-functional decision-making, informing pricing, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, service, and finance on key metrics that ensure alignment for successful launches.
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of commercial excellence professionals
- Territory optimizing, design and planning
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and commercial pipeline management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience organizing and leading cross-functional teams.
