About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates
  • Partner closely with the Product leadership team. You'll have weekly meetings with our SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to collaboratively build the team (our hiring managers source, too!)
  • Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex, niche positions
  • Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership
  • You must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role, at this time.
