  • Success in this role will be defined by a precise focus on maintaining bulk color consistency and ensuring pattern continuity and accuracy across the collection.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Design Managers in seasonal color palette creation, develop patterns, and execute through to bulk fabrications
  • Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes led by seasonal concept boards (concept team owned)
  • Build Product Playbook and other visual communication assets
  • Owns loading dip and artwork requests with the information of correct fabrication, dye technique, and print specifications shared by the Design Managers
  • Build Pitch sheets for artwork/pattern development with guidance from Design Managers
  • Responsible for color approvals with support from Design Managers
  • Organize & maintain dip approval binder, dip folders, and all digital tracking of dip approvals and color names
  • Partner with Design & Merchandising teams to understand color and pattern performance to inform future palette and pattern decisions.
  • We are consumer-obsessed, data data-curious, and prioritize building product that is leading the way for the industry for sustainability and design.
  • All of the Design team champions the product across the company from Merchants, Marketing, Creative, Planning, Digital, and Product Development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in color design, color analyst, textile, concept or similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field

  • LA: This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District.
  • We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
