  • We're currently looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our pipeline through consistent prospecting and new business development.

  • Position Overview The Business Development Representative is a front-line, new-business-focused role responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced sales professionals, and receive mentorship that helps you develop into a full-cycle sales professional.
  • Over time, this role is designed to grow into a full sales position, where you'll manage your own accounts and opportunities from start to finish.
  • Build and manage a targeted list of prospects including:
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine project fit, budget, and timeline.
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales reps or progress them independently as your skills develop.
  • Maintain an active and healthy pipeline focused on new business.
  • Sales Process Support
  • Support senior reps with follow-up, proposal coordination, and next steps on active opportunities.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new contacts.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through.

  • Consistently generating new qualified meetings and opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a strong personal prospect list and pipeline.
  • Demonstrating steady improvement in discovery, qualification, and closing skills.
  • Progressing toward managing opportunities independently within 6-12 months.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Interest in commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, or the built environment is preferred.
