- We're currently looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our pipeline through consistent prospecting and new business development.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, enjoys connecting with new people, and wants to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.
- Position Overview The Business Development Representative is a front-line, new-business-focused role responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Our success is built on strong relationships, proactive outreach, and a consultative approach to helping clients create exceptional spaces.
- You'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced sales professionals, and receive mentorship that helps you develop into a full-cycle sales professional.
- Over time, this role is designed to grow into a full sales position, where you'll manage your own accounts and opportunities from start to finish.
- Build and manage a targeted list of prospects including:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine project fit, budget, and timeline.
- Hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales reps or progress them independently as your skills develop.
- Maintain an active and healthy pipeline focused on new business.
- Sales Process Support
- Support senior reps with follow-up, proposal coordination, and next steps on active opportunities.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new contacts.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through.

- Consistently generating new qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Building and maintaining a strong personal prospect list and pipeline.
- Demonstrating steady improvement in discovery, qualification, and closing skills.
- Progressing toward managing opportunities independently within 6-12 months.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Interest in commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, or the built environment is preferred.
