About the role

  • Momentum and Insights are where our AI strategy meets the person actually doing the fundraising.
  • Momentum helps gift officers spend their time on relationships instead of data entry.
  • Insights brings wealth and demographic signals along with prospect research into the work.

Responsibilities

  • You partner with PMM on the broader market story and enablement.
  • Human centered. We believe AI should make the human parts of fundraising better, not replace them. That belief has to show up in what you choose to build.
  • Discovery first, then speed. Validate the problem, then move fast.
  • Ownership over territory. You see what needs to happen and you drive it.
  • You own where Momentum and Insights go and why.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI or ML powered products.
  • You size opportunities, make the tradeoffs, and you can defend the sequence to anyone in the company.
  • You work daily with your squad.
  • You are accountable for value shipped.
