Case Management: Independently manage cases from post-intake handoff through closure, ensuring timely progression while maintaining client communication.
Deadline Tracking: Proactively manage attorney calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision and nothing slips through the cracks.
Client Communication: Build strong rapport with clients, providing empathetic support and clear communication throughout their legal journeys.
Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build relationships with clients throughout their cases.
