Responsibilities
- Litigation Support: Draft complaints, e-file documents, and organize materials for litigation processes, including mediation and depositions.
- Case Management: Independently manage cases from post-intake handoff through closure, ensuring timely progression while maintaining client communication.
- Deadline Tracking: Proactively manage attorney calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Client Communication: Build strong rapport with clients, providing empathetic support and clear communication throughout their legal journeys.
- Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build relationships with clients throughout their cases.
- Can you seamlessly manage litigation workflows, ensuring no deadline is missed and every detail is impeccably handled?
